Tricia Williamson

Clinical Psychologist

Tricia completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at Federation University. Tricia is an AHPRA board approved supervisor and is available to provide supervision to psychologists who are completing their clinical registrar program and to provisional psychologists.

She has an interest in working with individuals who are experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, adjustment related disorders, stress management, neurodevelopment disorders, personality disorders and disordered eating behaviours. Tricia also has a strong interest in completing assessments.

Tricia draws upon evidenced-based treatments including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Tricia adopts a strengths-based and neuro-affirming approach when working with individuals across the lifespan (5 years+).

Tricia aims to provide a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space for individuals and their family or significant others. Tricia works collaboratively with individuals to empower them, encourage them to advocate for their own needs, strengthen connections, reduce symptomology and maintain their wellbeing.

Qualifications

Master of Psychology (Clinical)

Graduate Diploma of Psychology

Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Forensic Science)

Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS)

Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Availibility

Mondays: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Tuesdays: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Wednesdays: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Thursdays: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Fridays: 8:00am – 1:00pm
