Provisional Psychologist

Steph is a Provisional Psychologist with a Master of Psychology (Clinical), currently working towards general registration and intending to pursue endorsement in Clinical Psychology. She has experience across school, community, clinical, and forensic mental health settings, working with individuals across the lifespan. Her background across diverse settings has informed a thoughtful and flexible approach to therapy, grounded in an understanding that each person’s experiences and needs are unique.

Steph works with clients experiencing a range of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, drug and alcohol concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions. She utilises evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based strategies, tailoring intervention to align with individual goals and circumstances.

Steph provides a calm and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients are supported to feel safe and understood while working toward meaningful change. With a warm and non-judgmental approach, she works alongside clients to build insight and develop resilience. Steph values authenticity and works with clients to recognise their strengths and navigate challenges with self-compassion.

Tuesdays: 8:30am - 6:00pm

Wednesdays: 8:00am - 5:30pm
