Ruvi is a General Psychologist who works with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. She strives to provide evidence-based, trauma-informed, and holistic support within a warm, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
Ruvi has experience supporting clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, stress, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related difficulties, grief and loss, emotion regulation challenges, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, sleep difficulties, and life transitions.
With a background in Positive Behaviour Support under the NDIS, Ruvi has worked with individuals of diverse ages, needs, and presentations. She values collaborative relationships with families and allied health professionals to provide person-centred care tailored to each client’s goals and strengths.
Ruvi draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. With empathy and compassion, she supports clients from diverse cultural backgrounds to better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful, values-aligned goals.
