Rachel Guthrie

Rachel works with clients across the lifespan including children, adolescents, and adults with a range of presentations, including but not limited to mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, behavioural difficulties, disordered eating behaviours, drug and alcohol concerns, grief and loss, and trauma-related disorders.

Rachel has worked with clients across the lifespan in community mental health/drug and alcohol services, university settings, not for profit grief organisations and has been at Serene since 2022.

Rachel draws on a range of treatment modalities and caters these to her clients needs and presenting problems including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E).
