Nancy Kossis

Psychologist

Nancy is a registered Psychologist who works with individuals across the lifespan. She offers a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy, with a strong focus on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Nancy is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and draws on a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. She works collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience.

Nancy has experience supporting individuals presenting with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, emotional dysregulation, relationship and family challenges, and adjustment difficulties. She also works with clients managing neurodevelopmental conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and supports individuals navigating low self-esteem, behavioural challenges, and life transitions.

Her professional background includes working across crisis services, private practice, and the education sector. Nancy works with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and is committed to providing inclusive, client-centred care that supports psychological growth and wellbeing.

Bachelor of Psychology (Honours)

Double Degree- Bachelor of Psychological Studies/Bachelor of Business
