Provisional Psychologist

Michelle is a provisional psychologist who is completing her Master of Professional Psychology at Charles Sturt University.

Michelle is passionate about working with children in their early school years through to young adulthood, guiding them through a broad spectrum of emotional, behavioural, and development challenges.
Michelle supports individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as difficulties with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, adjustment-related concerns, sleep difficulties, neurodevelopmental conditions, stress, low self-esteem, and experiences of grief and loss.

Michelle is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and is dedicated to providing a calm, supportive environment where individuals feel safe to explore personal growth and develop self-compassion. She places strong emphasis on building trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationships that encourage openness and emotional safety. Michelle tailors her approach to each person’s unique needs, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey. She is especially passionate about empowering young people, fostering resilience, and supporting them to create meaningful and lasting positive change in their lives.

Every 2nd Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
