Luke is a clinical psychologist who works with adolescents and adults of all ages navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. He brings a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach to therapy and genuinely enjoys helping people make meaningful change in their lives.
Luke supports clients managing mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, OCD, addiction, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and anxiety-related concerns such as phobias, school refusal, and separation anxiety. He also works with couples, and has a strong interest in helping people with longstanding personality and relational difficulties, including borderline personality disorder.
Luke draws from several evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, the Gottman Method for couples, and skills from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
He sees clients through a variety of funding pathways including Medicare, NDIS, TAC, WorkCover, and Care in Mind (CiM).
At the heart of Luke’s practice is the belief that a good therapeutic relationship is key to progress. He’s committed to helping clients understand their strengths and integrate them into the therapy process, always pacing the work to fit where they’re at.
