Jessica Hall

Psychologist

Jessica completed her Masters of Clinical Psychology at the Institute for Social Neuroscience. She has experience working in private, community, and educational settings. She enjoys working with a range of individuals, but holds a particular passion in helping those needing support with anxiety, mood disorders, stress, emotional dysregulation, personality disorders, and neurodivergence.

She understands that therapy can be an uncomfortable process for some and aims to provide a warm, empathic, and individualised approach to her treatment. Jessica prioritises treatment that is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming. She is able to draw upon a wide variety of evidence-based interventions to suit the particular goals and needs of her clients; including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and schema therapy.

Jessica offers both individual therapy and assessment services.
