Jessica Gordon

Clinical Psychologist

Jessica completed her Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Swinburne University of Technology. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including educational institutions, community mental health services, and crisis support services.

In her current practice, Jessica provides evidence-based psychological treatment to adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma-related conditions, grief and loss, and postpartum difficulties. She has a particular interest in women’s mental health, with a focus on the perinatal period.

Jessica is committed to fostering a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive therapeutic environment. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for effective therapy and works collaboratively with clients to enhance self-awareness, build resilience, and promote meaningful change.

Her treatment approach is tailored to each individual’s goals and often incorporates practical coping strategies. Jessica is trained in a range of evidence-based therapies and commonly draws upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Jessica is also an AHPRA Board-approved supervisor and offers supervision for psychologists undertaking the Clinical Registrar Program, as well as for provisional psychologists.

Bachelor of Arts (Psychology/Criminology)

Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS)
