Provisional Psychologist
Emma is a provisional psychologist who completed her Master of Professional Psychology at La Trobe University. She works with clients across the lifespan and has a particular interest and experience in supporting children and adolescents, especially children with neurodevelopmental diversity and learning difficulties.
Emma provides psychological treatment for a range of mental health concerns in both adults and children. She takes a strengths-based, motivational and holistic approach, offering empathy and safety within a warm, non-judgemental space.
Emma has experience delivering evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside practical behavioural strategies for coping and emotional regulation. She tailors therapy to each client, applying interventions creatively and flexibly to support engagement and meaningful progress.
