Courtney Daly

Psychologist

Courtney is a warm, approachable, and experienced psychologist who is passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. With a strong background working across the lifespan, Courtney has supported clients in diverse settings including private practice, schools, hospitals, and custodial environments. Her adaptable and grounded style is underpinned by a deep understanding of human behaviour, and a commitment to evidence-based care.

Courtney works with young people and adults of all genders, primarily within cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and schema therapy frameworks, offering clients a structured yet flexible path to understanding patterns, building insight, and fostering meaningful change. Courtney is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), which she integrates thoughtfully into her work with clients who have experienced trauma or are seeking to process difficult life experiences. She is particularly skilled in supporting individuals navigating challenges related to emotional regulation, interpersonal difficulties, behavioural concerns, and complex life transitions.

Drawing on years of experience delivering therapeutic interventions to people with significant behavioural presentations, Courtney is well-equipped to assist clients with a wide range of psychological and professional concerns in a safe and non-judgemental space.

In addition to her clinical work, Courtney is a Board Approved Supervisor and is passionate about supporting early career psychologists as they grow in confidence and capability.
