Provisional Psychologist

Caitlin completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at RMIT University. She aims to work collaboratively with clients in a warm, empathetic, non-judgemental, and individualised way, moving at a pace that best supports each person’s needs and goals.

She works with a broad range of presentations, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related disorders, grief and loss, personality disorders, emotion regulation difficulties, perfectionism, self-esteem concerns, interpersonal challenges, and adjustment to life transitions. She particularly enjoys working with young adults as they navigate important life transitions.

Caitlin is passionate about providing a safe and empowering therapeutic environment in which clients feel heard, supported, and validated. She is dedicated to helping clients build resilience, work toward their goals, and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives. She primarily draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy in her therapeutic work.

Mondays: 10:00am - 6:00pm
