Amy Sudano

Psychologist

Amy is a General Psychologist who completed her Honours at the Institute for Social Neuroscience. In addition, she completed the 4+2 pathway to registration.

She works with clients of varying presentations including: self-esteem and self care problems, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural challenges, grief, anxiety, depression and specific phobias. In addition, Amy has experience in completing cognitive assessments and adaptive assessments.

Amy provides a safe and welcoming space which encourages clients to explore and express themselves freely. She works to aid clients in establishing their strengths when implementing coping strategies.

Amy tailors her therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of the client. She often uses elements of CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, MI and Positive Psychology. In addition to this, she also uses elements of IFT to aid clients in self-understanding and acceptance.
